Vinyl Vibe Studio now offers professional, in-house plasticizer treatment and vinyl restoration services. This process is designed to safely restore softness, stability, and comfort based on your toy’s condition and your desired outcome.
1. Submit the form
Fill out the quote request form and submit it. Not every question is required, but the more information you provide, the easier it is for us to give you an accurate quote. Clear photos are especially helpful.
2. Receive your quote
We will review your submission and respond as quickly as possible with a price to complete the requested work, along with any notes or recommendations.
3. Approve and pay
Once you approve the quote, you will receive an invoice. Work does not begin until the invoice is paid.
4. Shipping to us
You have two options:
4A. Prepaid label
If you select “please include a shipping label” and provide your box dimensions and weight, we will email you a shipping label. Simply print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off with the appropriate carrier.
4B. Self-managed shipping
If you choose to handle shipping yourself, we will provide a shipping address. Inbound shipping costs are your responsibility.
5. Intake inspection
Once your toy arrives, we perform a full inspection to confirm that the quoted price matches the actual condition and the desired outcome. If we discover any inconsistencies, you will be contacted immediately before any work begins.
6. Treatment and return
After approval, treatment begins. Once complete, your toy will be carefully repackaged and shipped back to you.
